Getting to and from the hotel and the town
We ensure that you get to and from the hotel in comfort by picking you up at the airport or at the harbour. On departure we offer all who fly with Air Greenland the possibility of checking in at the hotel*. All you need to do is hand in your room key and your luggage and we will take care of checking you in and we will even drive you to the airport. At no additional charge. There is also a shuttle service between the hotel and the centre of Ilulissat every day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. It only takes a few minutes but is nice to travel in a warm vehicle when the cold weather bites your cheeks.

The hotel reception is open around the clock
We offer services such as photocopying, sending and receiving faxes and a laundry service. Do not hesitate to contact the reception if you have any special needs - we will do our best to help you.

Internet
If you need to use the internet you are welcome to use the hotel's PC in the lounge, which offers free internet access, or if you have your own computer you can use the wireless internet service which is available all over the hotel. There is a small charge for this service.

A summer excursion?
Every day in June, July and August a guide from World of Greenland is available to suggest excursions on foot, by boat or by helicopter. If you would like to participate in any of the activities the guide would be delighted to assist you.

Exhibition and sales
In the reception area we display and sell* sealskin coats of high quality from Great Greenland as well as locally produced handicraft products. Come and have a look and find a gift for yourself or for someone special - to remind you of your visit to Greenland.
